Toderico works closely with the leadership at Northern New England Housing Investment Fund to communicate the arcane world of low-income housing tax credits to their developer, investor, and housing agency audiences – and to support their mission by telling the stories of the people whose lives have changed because of NNEHIF and their industry partners' work.
Toderico provides NNEHIF ongoing communications consulting, design, and production. Most recently, we designed the pages and user interface for their updated website. We’ve also produced NNEHIF’s annual report for three years and counting, presenting a more polished product than in previous years. Additionally, we offer support for ad hoc advertising, presentations, or any other communication needs that arise.
Perhaps our most significant contribution to NNEHIF’s business has been the creation and development of Returns, a branded quarterly report that keeps NNEHIF top of mind with its audiences through easy-to-read articles about affordable housing in general, and housing tax credits specifically. We work with NNEHIF to plan content that is strategic in its subject matter and timing and will help the company achieve its business goals.
Since our collaboration began three years ago, we have systematically brought a consistent look and feel to all of NNEHIF’s marketing and education collateral. Our efforts have had a positive impact on NNEHIF’s investor audience, and the staff frequently uses specific issues of Returns (both print and digital versions) to explain complex tax credit topics, highlight their partners, or promote their services.
